Northlake Development Group has assembled several prime parcels located on South Hutchinson Island in Florida’s coveted Treasure Coast region. 3. Helios Sanctuary – Up to 50 riverfront semi-attached homes, an amenity filled clubhouse, additional private docks and expansive mangrove preserve trails to be shared by the entire Helios community
